CV
Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Calculus.
I completed my PhD in mathematical sciences at the University of Buenos Aires under the supervision of Teresa Krick, focusing on algorithms in commutative algebra. Afterwards, I conducted postdoctoral research in biomathematics at City University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Steve Smale, studying the 3D structure of proteins. My current areas of interest are computational algebra, real algebraic geometry, and semidefinite programming. Specifically, I am focused on algorithms for ring normalization and computational tools for decomposing positive polynomials as sums of squares.
